The BodyTrain Advanced Weight Bench has been built to the same high standard as our standard weight bench but comes with additional features.
The backrest on the BodyTrain Advanced is adjustable between flat and two inclined positions the bench also comes with butterfly & leg curl/extension stations.
The BodyTrain Advanced Bench is built from steel tubing that is very stable and safe the frame is sprayed with a high-quality chip-resistant paint to further improve the life span of this high-quality piece of home training equipment. Rubber feet are fitted to the end of each wide foot to prevent slipping and to protect hard floors. Easy clean PVC leather coats the 4cm thick multi-layer foam padding to ensure maximum comfort even when pushing heavier weights. The bench also folds away for space-saving storage.

This item will be shipped on a next (working) day delivery service.
To qualify for same day despatch & next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm.
- Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day. E.g. an order placed before noon on a Monday would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. An order placed before noon on a Friday would be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
- Orders placed after 3pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day for delivery the next available working day. E.g. an order placed after 3pm on Monday would be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. An order placed after 3pm on Friday would be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
